Welcome to TakTek! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TakTek mobile application ("App") and services ("Services"). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

TakTek connects users with independent service providers ("Technicians") to perform requested services. You acknowledge that TakTek acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for the performance, conduct, or quality of services provided by Technicians.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to request services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• TakTek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Requests and Payments

• Users may request services through the App, and Technicians may accept or decline requests at their discretion.
• Payment for services is processed through the App. By using TakTek, you authorize us to process payments on your behalf.
• All payments are final, except in cases where a refund is approved by TakTek in its sole discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Users may cancel service requests within a specified timeframe, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
• Refunds may be issued only in accordance with our refund policy, which is subject to change.

5. Limitation of Liability

• TakTek is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services performed by Technicians.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of services.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TakTek disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or Services.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

TakTek may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
